WELCOME TO iREGIONS
Welcome to iRegions – Internet-based and mobile technologies for regions in the net economy. iRegions is a project funded under the SEVENTH FRAMEWORK PROGRAMM of the European Commission within the Regions of Knowledge initiative.
The project unites three ICT based clusters: CYBERFORUM E. V. (Germany), KISTA SCIENCE CITY (Sweden) and BALTIC INNOVATION AGENCY (Estonia) for the duration of three years and addresses new needs and challenges for IT companies in their innovation process which require a closer interaction between research and business.

The 8th OPEN DAYS: European Week of Regions and Cities will be held in Brussels between 4 and 7 October 2010. Together with the EU institutions, more than 200 regions and cites will contribute to a programme of 100 seminars, workshops, debates, exhibitions and networking opportunities for around 6,000 participants. | The Spanish Presidency is organizing the "Week of Innovative Regions in Europe" in Granada, on 15-17 March 2010.
